Shipping Policy
All shipments are made F.O.B Ladson, SC or x-mill.

All orders are subject to shipping and/or handling charges and maybe billed separate from product.

All orders above 50 yards are subject to 5% overage. We only cut exact for orders under 50 yards. Custom orders are subject to 10% overage.

All cut exact orders are subject to cutting charges (we only cut full yards).
We must have a valid sales tax resale certificate for the state which we will be shipping. If resale certificate or tax exemption cannot be provided, purchase order will be subject to sales taxes to state being shipped to.
Memo requests ship via UPS Ground®. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® is available.

Product orders ship via UPS Ground or best freight carrier available.

Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or best freight carrier available and must be requested in writing.
Note: Expedited Orders received after 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship via the expedited service selected on the next business day.

Delivery dates supplied by the company represent the best estimate, but are in no way guarantees of delivery. The company will not be held liable for delays in delivery or failure to meet estimated delivery dates.

Title to goods passes upon payment in full; risk of loss passes upon delivery to purchasers common carrier.


Credit Approval
Orders will only be accepted upon the terms and conditions satisfactory to Swavelle Hospitality, LLC. Shipment shall at all times be subject to the approval of the Swavelle / Mill Creek Fabrics, Inc. credit department, and its commercial factors BB&T and Rosenthal.

Back ordered and custom fabric will not be placed into work until credit is approved or arrangements have been made to Swavelle / Mill Creek Fabrics, Inc. and its factors satisfaction.


Payment Terms
Subject to the provisions of credit approval above, terms of payment are net 30 days from the date of invoice. All orders are subject to the absolute right of Swavelle Hospitality, Inc. to require of the purchaser payment of all or any part of the purchase price in advance of delivery.

Payments must be made to the factor, where applicable, or as indicated on each invoice. Swavelle Hospitality, LLC. accepts American Express®, Master Card®, and Visa®. Checks are to be sent to our lockbox, unless time is of the essence (shipments will not precede until three days after the check has been deposited into our bank account. Checks must be drawn on a US bank, in US dollars. Past due invoices are subject to late fees charged by the factor and or Swavelle Hospitality, LLC.


Return Policy
No merchandise maybe returned without our prior approval and instructions accompanied with an authorization number.

No fabric under 20 yards maybe returned, unless damaged.

All authorized returns after 30 days but within 60 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, plus freight and handling charges.

All authorized returns for damaged fabric will be inspected before a credit is issued.

We reserve the right to assess freight, handling, and restocking charges on unsubstantiated claims.

No returns after goods are cut or processed.

No returns after 60 days, unless agreed in advance.


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing within 5 business days of the order date. No cancellations will be accepted, nor deposits returned, if production of the order has commenced, including without limitation, cutting of fabric. If production has not commenced and the cancellation is accepted, the buyers deposit will be refunded.


Dye Lot Variations
Swavelle / Mill Creek Fabrics, Inc., Bravo Fabrics, LLC, and Textile Fabric Associates, LLC. Do not guarantee dye lots and are subject to variation. Some fibers are subject to imperfections.


Website and Sampling
This website only serves hospitality trade customers having established accounts with Swavelle / Mill Creek Fabrics, Inc. and its affiliated companies. For further information regarding such accounts, please contact our Hospitality customer service group at 866-595-0088 or hospitality@swavelle.com. Only fabric samples (at no charge) may be ordered via this website. All other fabric orders must be placed through your local sales representative or by contacting our customer service center.
